Few friend conducted this experiment in New York City of USA. Firstly a girl walked through areas of Manhattan, New York City of USA for five hours in casual modern dress i.e. Jeans, T-shirt and Cardigan. Then the same girl walked through the roads and streets of the same city but this time wearing Hijab which is a Islamic Dress. The results were astonishing.
She faced harassment from men when she was in modern dress, people shouted at her, tried to fl_rt with her. But she felt safe and secure wearing Hijab as no one teased her while in this Islamic Dress. This is a beautiful video showing how simply changing appearances make all the difference.
