Imran Khan (Chairman PTI) and television journalist Reham Khan tie the knot in Bani Gala today. Nikah was conducted by Mufti Saeed with Haq Mehr of One Lakh Rupees. Imran's friends Zakir Khan and Aun Chaudhry were witnesses of the Nikah. Only 10-15 people participated in this event, even Imran's four sisters and both sons were also not present there. Reham Khan has been shifted in Imran's House in Bani Gala, Islamabad.

Days after the British press broke the news of Imran's alleged marriage to broadcast journalist Reham Khan, the former cricketer on Tuesday hinted that an official announcement was in the offing. "Marriage is not a crime,” Imran had said at a press conference in Islamabad after his return from London. “When you have children from your first marriage, they are the first priority,” he had said, explaining that it was important for him to inform his sons first.
