Now Earn Money through YouTube in Pakistan

Google has recently launched YouTube Partner Program officially in Pakistan. YouTube content creators in Pakistan can now monetize their videos. YouTube is a very rewarding platform where the publishers create amazing videos that people like to watch, and in return they monetize their videos with Google Adsense platform.
Now anyone can create a YouTube channel, upload some videos, register a Google Adsense account, put ads on their videos and start making money. If one is in the YouTube partner program he can monetize videos on his channel and earn money. All you need to do is to turn on monetization after logging into your account and connect your Google Adsense account with YouTube.

Millions of people around the world are literally making money through YouTube partner program. In the past, Pakistanis could only upload their videos on YouTube but they were unable to make any money from YouTube because YouTube Partner Program was not available to Pakistanis.

In order to monetize your videos, follow the following steps:
The first step is to create and setup your YouTube account. Enter basic account details such as channel name, the kind of content you will be uploading and a good cover photo for your channel. Now you should enable monetization on your account and sign up for Google Adsense.


Visit https://www.youtube.com/features after logging in to your account. Press the icon which says Enable “Monetization”. Accept the terms and conditions and connect your adsense account with YouTube. This is only available for users with an Adsense account.

How to Renew Pakistani Passport Online

Directorate General of Immigration and Passport, Government of Pakistan in collaboration of NADRA has launched online passport renewal service. You can apply for renewal of your Machine Readable Passport (MRP), if your passport has expired or its validity is less than 7 months.

Currently this service is only available for renewal of Pakistani Passports however you have to visit a Passport Office if you are making your passport first time. Presently this service is available for overseas Pakistanis only. Hopefully this online service will be launched for issuance new passports and for people within Pakistan. It required only less than 20 minutes registering your account and submission of application for Passport renewal.

Requirements for Renewal of Passport

The following documents are required when applying for renewal of your Machine readable passport online : 
  • Supporting Documents e.g. Copy of your Computerized National Identity Card, Copy of your Old Passport (First Two pages), No-Objection Certificate (NOC) (in case of government employee) are required. If the applicant is less than 18 years of age, he may also require National ID Card copy of parents, Copy of Computerized B- Form. Attestation Form for Minors, Copy of Death Certificate if mother or father is passed away, Guardianship certificate. 
  • Photograph (35mm X 45mm) up to 5MB 
  • Fingerprint form 
  • Credit Card/ Debit Card for online payment of your application fee.

Application Procedure for Renewal of Passport Online

  • Visit https://onlinemrp.nadra.gov.pk/e-passport/ 
  • Register your account.
  • In case you are within Pakistan, an SMS and email code will be sent to you for registration. In case you are abroad all required codes will be sent via email only. 
  • Create an application for Renewal of your machine readable passport and provide details for your application. 
  • Provide your address for passport delivery. 
  • Pay Fee through a Credit Card/ Debit Card. 
  • Provide the required personal details. 
  • Provide your present and permanent addresses. 
  • Upload your photograph. 
  • Upload the supporting documents required by the application. 
  • Download the form, capture the 4 fingerprints asked by the system. 
  • Scan and upload the form. 
  • Review the information you provided, sign the declaration and then submit the application.

How to Register Online FIR in KPK Police?

KPK Police allows people to register Online FIR to get help from the. Now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa citizens can lodge their complaints to police online against any distressful situation and Police will be responsible to help you out. People living anywhere in any district of KPK can use this service without any hassle.

In order to file an FIR, people are required to visit KPK Police website. Where they have to provide some basic details about themselves (i.e. Name, CNIC, Phone Number, District and Police Station) and about the incident (i.e. date, time and place of incident etc).

How to Register Online Complaint against KPK Police?

In case any person have any complaint against KPK Police, a separate webpage has been developed to register such complaints. Where the complainant can register against any personnel of KPK Police from Constable to IG of Police. If any Police Station refuse to register an FIR or you find anyone involved in the corruption, you can use this online service to register your complaint about him and hopefully you will get justice.
Simply pick your district from drop down menu from all the districts of KPK (Abbottabad, Bannu, Batagram, Buner, Charsadda, Chitral, D.I. Khan, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, Hangu, Haripur, Karak, Kohat, Kohistan, Lakki Marwat, Malakand, Mansehra, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Shangla, Swabi, Swat, Tank, Torghar).
And select the designation against whom you want to register complaint (Constable, Head Constable, Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI), Sub Inspector, Inspector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), ASP, SP, SSP, AIG, DIG and IGP).
Fill other details and submit it. 

It will not only allow citizens to reach police in that simple way but also save them to visit police stations in order to file their complaints against any criminal act. Such type of online services should also be introduced in provinces of Pakistan.

Punjab Police Helpline 8787 for Online Complaint Registration


Punjab Police has introduced Online Complaint Service through SMS, Call or Email. Any citizen could contact police helpline 8787 to get a compliant registered in connection with denial and fake registration of an FIR, wrong investigation, illegal demand from an official, illegal arrest of a citizen and illegal confinement. DSP concerned would contact the complainant, resolve the issue and immediately report to the Punjab Police Complaint Centre. 

You may contact the higher officials of Punjab Police in following cases;
  • If Punjab police is not registering your genuine FIR.
  • If Inquiry Officer is not carrying out the investigation correctly and lawfully.
  • If Punjab police has arrested someone unlawfully.
  • If an innocent has been arrested in a case without any reason or someone has registered false FIR against you. 
  • If any Punjab police officer is demanding bribe from you.
  • If Police is using delaying tactics in a genuine complaint.

How to Register Complaint to Punjab Police?

  1. You may call and send SMS at IG Punjab police complaint cell helpline number i.e 8787. Procedure about sending SMS has been given in the image given below. 
  2. Send your detailed complaint to the following email ID; aigcomplaints.cpo@punjabpolice.gov.pk 
  3. You may also file your complaint at official website of the force i.e www.punjabpolice.gov.pk.

Remember that 8787 is not an emergency number. This number is just for routine complaints. For any emergency complaint you should contact on just 15 for immediate response. We request you not to misuse this useful facility just for enjoyment or teasing other. 

Remember that you will have to provide your name, and CNIC number at the time of registering your complaint, otherwise no action will be taken on your complaint. 

In case of difficulty in dialing Punjab police complaint cell number 8787, kindly call at 042-99212609 or 042-99212859.

You may call on 8787 from 9 AM to 5 PM. Punjab police assures you that action will be taken on all genuine complaints as per law.

12 Favorite Foods of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)


The study of life of the Messenger of Allah shows that although he lived most of his time in austerity, yet he always remained thankful to God for all. He used to eat everything he was presented with and never complained about it. Everybody must have a knowledge what foods are most liked by our Prophet (Peace be upon him) and what are the health benefits of these Sunnah Foods? Some of them are also mentioned in Holy Qur’an. Some of the most favorite foods of the Holy Prophet are as follows:

Dates (Khajoor)

Dates are considered to be very healthy to use as they include vitamins and useful minerals like potassium, manganese, copper, iron and calcium for which are highly essential for human body.

Regarding great benefits of dates, Holy Prophet said:
“He who eats seven ‘Ajwa dates every morning will not be affected by poison or magic on the day he eats them.” (Bukhari)

Figs (Injeer)

Figs are linked with curing ailments of stomach, strengthening of bones, and curing of piles and gout diseases. It is among the liked foods of the Prophet . It is also one of the fruits from Paradise, and there is a separate Chapter in the Holy Quran on it. 

Allah SWT says in Holy Quran: 
“By the fig and the olive” [Quran, 95: 1]
The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: Figs are a fruit from Paradise – a cure for piles.

Honey (Shehd)

Considered to be the best natural therapy for curing almost every disease, the Holy Prophet used to take honey and also recommended it to others.
“Honey is a remedy for every illness and the Qur’an is a remedy for all illness of the mind, therefore I recommend to you remedies, the Qur’an and honey” [Bukhari]

Olive and Olive Oil (Zaitoon)

Olive is also one of the foods from Jannah (paradise) and it has been mentioned along with figs in the Holy Quran: “By the fig and the olive” [Quran, 95: 1]

Hazrat Muhammad used to take it himself and also suggested it to others because of its great curing benefits.

Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) said “Eat Olive and use it as an ointment as it produced from a blessed tree.” (Tirmidhi)

Barley (Joo)

Rasulullah , liked it very much, and used to have in the shape of bread, porridge, and dough.

Ummul Manzar states that the Prophet  along with Ali came to their house, they had dates and those were presented to them. Both of them ate from those dates. When Ali (R.A) consumed a little of those, the Prophet  said; “You recently recovered from illness, hence you are weak, hence don’t eat more. Therefore, that lady prepared a dish from barley and beet root. Then, the Prophet  told Ali “eat from it, it is better for you”. (Tirmidhi)

The modern scientific research also proved the great effects of this food on health and is considered to be among world's healthiest nourishments.

Grapes (Angoor)

The Prophet Muhammad used to eat it keenly and was also presented with grapes as a present. It is also one of the fruits of the heaven, and is mentioned in the Holy Quran: 
“And from the fruits of the palm trees and grapevines you take intoxicant and good provision. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who reason.” [Quran, 16: 67]

The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: Grapes purify the blood, provide vigor and strengthen the kidneys, making them clear.

Vinegar (Sirka)

The Messenger used to eat vinegar with olive oil. 
Jaabir bin Abdullaah (R.A) reported: “The Messenger of Allah asked his family for a condiment and they replied, “We do not have anything but vinegar”. So he called for it and began to eat, saying, “How good a condiment is vinegar” (Muslim)

So, it was preferred by Rasulullah to have vinegar as a flavor while having something to eat.
The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) used to mix vinegar in olive oil which is now a trend in the poshest Italian restaurants.

Milk (Doodh)

It is associated with strengthening of bones as it contains calcium, curing gastric diseases, strengthening of memory and vision and many other healthy effects on one's body.
The Messenger  of God used to love having milk of goat and camel which was common at that time. 
The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: Milk wipes away heat from your heart, just as you wipe sweat off your eyebrows. It renews brain energy and makes you less forgetful.

Cucumber (Kheera)

Cucumber is vastly linked with quenching thirst, curing the inflammation of stomach, easing down pains of bladder etc. 
The Holy Prophet used to take it as a means of Salad.
“The Messenger of Allah used to eat Qiththa (cucumber) with Rutab (fresh dates)." (Tirmidhi)

Meat (Goshat)

It is rich in protein, iron, zinc, selenium. Good for bones, teeth, strengthening the immune system, body tissues and many more.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said;”Meat is the king of foods (sayed ut Tawam).”

Pumpkin (Kadoo)

It is medically proven as a source of lowering the risk of prostate cancer, protecting against swelling of joints, lessening of wrinkles on face, stimulating the functioning of kidneys etc. It was also the top most desired food of Rasulullah .

Melon (Kharbooza)

The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: No woman who eats melon during pregnancy will fail to give birth to a child that has good character.

These are 12 of the many favorite foods of the Holy Prophet , which he used to eat and also recommended them to his followers because of their greater implication regarding health of human body. It is Sunnah to use these foods.

PTA started campaign against Fraud Calls/ SMSs and Fake Prize Schemes


Don't get trapped in prize and lottery scams, join PTA in the movement against deceptive and fraudulent calls and SMSs. Anonymous calls and SMSs can deprive you of your money. People are deceived and deprived of their hard earned money through fake text messages and phone calls from unknown numbers enticing them with attractive prizes, lotteries and plot or winning any draw.

More so full scale calls and marketing messages from these unwanted numbers irk the customers and snatch their right of privacy. All customers using mobile phones are being informed and alerted through this advertisement that they should not transfer any cash or mobile credit in response to such calls and SMSs from unknown numbers, failing which they themselves will be responsible for any loss accruing from such frauds. If you face such situation, inform the mobile company, FIA and PTA as per the following instructions.

Fake Prize Schemes and Financial Fraud

People often received spamming messages about fake prize schemes e.g.
Benazir Income Support ke taraf se apko Rs.25000 mubarak ho apka yeh number BISP mein Register tha. ap is number per rabita karen.
  • Register your complaint at helpline of mobile operator 
           Ufone 333, Zong 310, Warid 321, Mobilink 111, Telenor 345 
  • Contact helpline 0800-26477 or FIA (UAN: 111-345-786 or www.fia.gov.pk) to register your complaint in case of BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) fake message.

Unsolicited/ Marketing/ Spamming Calls and SMSs

  • To report obnoxious calls and SMS, type sender’s cell number, give a space, type the received message and send it to 9000 e.g. and send it to 9000.
  • To block publicity messages, type REG and send it to 3627 to get registration in “Do Not Call Register (DNCR)”. Contact concerned mobile operator if the problem still persists. To allow such messages again write UNREG and send it to 3627.

Obnoxious/ Unknown Calls and SMSs

  • Text or dial 420 for required unwanted numbers (for Mobilink, Telenor, Zong or Ufone)
  • Text or dial 9211 for required unwanted numbers (for Warid Telecom)
